1. Charitable Distribution Trustee
Anonymous Philanthropy serves as the Charitable Distribution Trustee, bringing a proven track record of helping successful families and foundations ensure their giving reflects true donor intent.
Responsibilities include:
Distributing grants to recipients and ensuring they deliver on defined impact goals.
Engaging subject matter experts to design initiatives aligned with the Legacy Roadmap.
Overseeing implementation by partners and grantees to ensure outcomes remain on track.
2. Charitable Partner
Catalyst, a 501(c)(3) with an independent board of directors, acts as Charity Partner. Catalyst provides legal oversight of all distributions, ensuring compliance with the Legacy Roadmap guidelines. If needed, Catalyst can redirect to alternative organizations, maintaining accountability and alignment with donor vision.
3. Corporate Trustee Sponsor
The Corporate Trustee or Donor Advised Fund Sponsor ensures adherence to bylaws and best practices. Their role is to follow recommendations without deviation unless specific exceptions apply, creating an additional layer of accountability for both Catalyst and Anonymous Philanthropy.
